WEM-supported missionaries are prayerfully chosen and trained to minister the Gospel of Jesus to the nations. Hundreds of new fellowships/groups have started as a result.

By sponsoring national missions, you will:
 
Make it possible for people who have never heard about Jesus to hear how much He loves them.
 
Enable men and women to minister in areas that may be restricted or closed to traditional missions.
Serve the people of many unreached places by providing national workers with the resources they need to show Christ’s love to those around them.
Partner with an organization that has more than 20 years experience ministering in many countries through national missionaries.
 
Each national worker is a man or woman who already lives in a specific nation/city/village. In preparation for ministry, they go through intensive missions training. The following advantages make them ideal to minister to their own people:
They move freely in areas restricted to outsiders and are usually accepted in the communities.
They have already mastered the language or can easily learn a related dialect.
They know the cultural taboos instinctively.
They have a passion and burden to serve their own people.
They live in the community, eating the same food, wearing the same clothes and sharing the same cultural interests as the local people.

It only takes $ 60.00 a month to help enable national workers to serve full time and
bring hope that can only be found in Christ to villages needing it.

What does my $60.00 pledge provide?

While it takes from $200.00 to $500.00 to fully sponsor a national missionary (depending on the country, region, marital status, family size, and the project involved), your $60.00 pledge is a very important part of the program that helps provide for our brothers’ and sisters’ ministry needs as well as living and family expenses.

A national missionary may be fully sponsored by a person, church, or organization, or may have a few sponsors to complete his/her supporting needs.
